Conferences Space, Style and Service From an association board meeting, to a training class, or a corporate organizational seminar, the Holiday Inn Patriots Point offers the special attention and the flexible meeting facilities that your event requires. Our experienced sales and catering staff can help you coordinate any size event for a variety of business presentations and gala celebrations.

Our Ballroom is 3000 square feet of open space and is located on the main level of our hotel and accommodates groups as large as 230 people for a banquet or up to 300 people for a business seminar. This spacious room is ideal for large meetings, seminars, tradeshows, conferences or a gala awards dinner.

The Grand, Mt. Pleasant and Patriots Rooms are all sections of the Grand Ballroom and can be configured to provide your group the right size of room for the purpose of your function. Individually, these rooms provide a comfortable setting for corporate board meetings or training sessions.

The Directors Room is a richly decorated boardroom, complete with seating for twelve around a large boardroom style conference table. A whiteboard and wet bar are available in this room. This room is perfect for small executive style meetings.

The Seabrook Room is a room ideal for small to medium size meetings and functions. Located on the first floor just past the lobby, this room is equipped with a wet bar.

•  Each room features wireless hi-speed Internet access, power outlets, telephone lines and central air conditioning.

•  Flip charts, overhead projectors, screens, microphones and numerous other pieces of Audio-Visual equipment are available at reasonable rates.
